New Ethos House
New Ethos Nottingham 2 CIC currently provides specified supervised and supported temporary accommodation (Hostel) for up to 8 people at New Ethos House 7 Beaconsfield Street, Nottingham, NG7 6FD 01159169440.
Our specified supervised supported temporary accommodation (Hostel) is for single occupancies of sizes at a minimum that meets the government legal specification. We primarily cater to people that have difficulty accessing appropriate temporary accommodation or have critical housing needs, the priority being people in the criminal justice system. All our service users live semi-independently, on arrival once completing their license agreement, they are given their own keys and are responsible for their rooms. They are also responsible for their own upkeep. The premises has a fully equipped commercial kitchen that is currently accessible to the service users.
The accommodation is supervised and fitted with CCTV. It is located within residential areas and is close to local amenities, leisure facilities, and employment opportunities. We provide for our service users a safe and homely living environment, where each person can live as independently as possible with specified supervised support. We have communal spaces, where service users are able to build new friendships, develop social skills, and can get involved in group sessions.
We pride ourselves on locating good quality supervised specified and supported temporary accommodation at a high standard for our service users tailored as much as possible to their individual needs.
Sandra House
At New Ethos Nottingham Housing, we provide a sanctuary for those in need. Our Sandra House hostel accommodates up to 7 men across 2 properties in the culturally diverse NG7 area. Our location is situated in the heart of all amenities, making it easy for our residents to access public transportation, supermarkets, medical facilities, and different cuisines. Our team is dedicated to helping each individual resident feel comfortable, and we strive to create a welcoming environment that fosters a sense of community and belonging.
