Purpose of Role:
This is a challenging role to support ex-offenders on their journey back into independent living in the community. You will be supporting teamwork and group activities alongside professional staff.
Role Description:
Be part of a team of people taking part in a range of activities in a shared housing setting. You will be involved in activities, contribute ideas for things to do and support the residents to become part of a community as part of their journey towards independent living.

Role Description
You'll be part of a team of people taking part in a range of activities. You will get involved in activities, trips out - to the doctor's or into town, contribute ideas for things to do and support a resident to become part of a community as part of their transition into independent living.

Purpose of Role:
This is one of the most important roles on the project, it includes using our systems to support the day-to-day smooth running of the project. You will be working alongside staff and residents helping with the running and manageability of the project.
Role Decription:
In addition to general office-based administration, you will also be in touch with a range of professionals involved in the lives of the ex-offenders that we support. These could be from probation, health services, social services, and other agencies.
Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking to recruit a volunteer administrator who has good organizational and IT skills, you will need to be able to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative.

You will be a non-judgemental individual who can work positively with people from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. You will also be able to build positive and professional relationships with residents, staff, family members, and other professionals and agencies.
​
Desired personal skills include an eagerness to learn and grow, an innovative and creative thinker. It is desirable that you have strong computer and internet skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
